Petra Magoni is an eclectic Italian singer, appreciated for her ability to move from one musical genre to another, capable of involving the audience with her stage magnetism and her intense emotionality. Her voice, characterized by a wide dynamic range and perfect control of the falsetto, is accompanied by a strong interpretative component that makes it unique in the musical panorama. In addition to being a talented singer, Petra has also worked as an author and actress, having an extensive professional background that includes experience in rock, early music and opera.
During his career, she has participated in important events such as the Sanremo Festival and has collaborated with numerous Italian and international artists, including Al Jarreau, Morgan, Massimo Ranieri, Stefano Bollani, Mario Biondi, Peppe Servillo, Paolo Benvegnù and many others. Since 2003, she has formed the duo Musica Nuda with double bass player Ferruccio Spinetti, achieving success all over the world and releasing numerous albums.
Petra has also undertaken several recent projects, including collaborations with pianist Andrea Dindo, in the project Canzoni in bianco e nero and Petra canta Brecht. He also collaborates with the guitarist Finaz, and the mandolinist Vincent Beer-Demander, exploring new sounds and musical styles. Finally, she recently received the Eccellenze Musica Italiana nel Mondo award for her contribution to music.
